The Jardin Noir Round Wastepaper Basket draws inspiration from the rich history of Chinoiserie, a decorative style that became fashionable in Europe during the 17th and 18th centuries. Celebrated for its exotic birds, delicate botanicals and gilded detailing, Chinoiserie brought a sense of travel and discovery into European interiors.
Featuring a rich black finish adorned with intricate hand-painted birds, florals and antique gold detailing, this decorative wastepaper basket combines practicality with classic design. Its gently tapered shape, pierced detailing and antique gold rim add character, making it a stylish addition to home offices, bedrooms and living spaces.
