Fresh, fragrant, and harmonious, with a smooth, slightly sweet taste and delicate notes of red berries and ripe grapes.
The Giusti Rosé Sweet & Sour Condiment is obtained from the blending of concentrated grape must, grape juice, and wine vinegar. This balanced combination creates a naturally vibrant condiment, refined to achieve a harmonious balance between sweetness and acidity.
The process enhances the delicate aromas of ripe grapes and red fruits, giving the condiment a pleasantly smooth and rounded profile. The result is a versatile dressing, characterized by its peach pink color, gentle acidity, and fruity notes.
