The braai does not always give you three legs' worth of space. The Flattie is our Hand-Cast aluminium flat bottom pot: the same slow-cooked results as the Potjie, at home on a flat braai grid, a gas burner or the kitchen stove.
Cast from pure virgin LM BS 1490 LM6 (Special) aluminium, it is about a third of the weight of cast iron, rust-free for life, and ready to cook with no seasoning rituals. Even heat across the base means your bredie simmers instead of scorching.
Available in sizes 1 to 8, each sold as a set with its fitted waxed canvas cover. From weeknight stews to a Sunday potjie off the coals, this is the pot that goes everywhere the fire is.
