Milk Thistle is a cut dried herb traditionally prepared as a simple herbal infusion. It has a gently green, herbaceous character and is often chosen for everyday herbal tea routines and traditional botanical blends. The cut format is easy to measure and strains cleanly, which makes it practical for home brewing and small-batch preparation. This is a single-ingredient botanical suited to simple tea use and other traditional herb-based routines.

♡ Why we love it: Milk Thistle is one of those classic herbs that brings a sense of steadiness to a herbal cupboard. We appreciate ingredients that are easy to prepare, simple to work with, and grounded in long-standing traditional use. It also fits beautifully with our preference for single-ingredient botanicals that support straightforward, low-fuss herbal making.
