The LifeStraw Sip is the ultimate travel essential - a reusable stainless steel filter straw that removes bacteria, parasites, and microplastics from drinking water, so you can sip safely anywhere in the world. Compact and lightweight, it includes a premium leak-proof case that fits easily into your carry-on or daypack.
With a long-lasting membrane microfilter that handles up to 1,000 litres of water, this slim, user-friendly straw is perfect for hotel tap water, international travel, or daily use. No batteries, no chemicals - simply sip through the straw, and let the filter work its magic.
Your purchase of any LifeStraw product provides a year of safe water to a child in need.
How to clean your LifeStraw Sip:
- It’s simple! You just blow the water back through the straw and it backflushes the system, then give it a shake to expel any additional water.
- We also recommend removing the silicone mouthpiece and bottom plug after about a week of continuous use, rinsing with soap and water and letting dry. The membrane should not be in contact with soap, as it can cause clogging.
- The carry case is dishwasher safe and can be cleaned with soap and water.
