Discover the rice trusted by generations of Italian cooks — Riso Gallo Risotto Selezione Speciale is a premium selection of large-grain rice, sourced from the fertile Po Valley, the heartland of Italian rice and risotto. This is 100% Italian rice, processed at source with traditional stone-milling methods for exceptional purity and quality.
Thanks to its high starch content, this rice holds its shape beautifully during cooking while releasing just the right amount of starch to create that signature creamy, velvety risotto texture with a perfect al dente bite. Ready in 15–17 minutes, it's the versatile choice for a wide range of dishes — from classic risotto to paella, hearty meat dishes and creamy rice pudding.
Backed by rigorous quality control from field to packaging, Riso Gallo has been the benchmark for authentic Italian rice for generations — a trusted pantry staple for home cooks and chefs alike.
