Paella was made for feeding a crowd, and the Pella was made for paella. Our Hand-Cast aluminium paella pan is wide, shallow and built for the open fire, where the rice spreads thin and the socarrat crust forms the way it should.
Cast from pure virgin LM BS 1490 LM6 (Special) aluminium, it heats fast and evenly across the whole pan, never rusts, and cleans up with soap and water. Far lighter than steel or cast iron at this size, so it still moves with one braaier.
Sold as a set with its fitted waxed canvas cover. Paella under the African sky, breakfast for the campsite, or a stir-fry for the whole family: one pan, every fire.
