In conjunction with this incredibly inclusive rebounder, we also recommend a personalised consultation with our registered dietician, Carly Seager. She’ll be able to further guide you in making the necessary lifestyle, dietetic and/or DNA-related changes to meet your goals, and provide you with personalised solutions that work for your body and unique needs. While rebounding is a phenomenal weight loss solution, we believe in completing the full circle of holistic health and wellness!
We also recommend a One-on-One Session with any of our bounti instructors, where they can provide you with the extra TLC, guidance and support in getting started on your rebounding journey. If you have any questions or concerns, spending time with South Africa’s most skilled rebounding instructors is incredibly valuable in addressing them, and getting comfortable on your rebounder.
Worried that you might feel unstable while bouncing or even fall off? Our bounti Support Bar is the perfect solution, providing you with a stable platform while you work on building up your fitness, strength and balance over time. Simply, hold onto it when you first start bouncing, use it for that extra peace of mind, and eventually you’ll be able to bounce without it!
We also strongly recommend starting out with our bounti Foundation Programme (available both separately and within the Life of bounti Subscription), which is a progressive journey that guides you from 2 to 20 minutes of rebounding over a 4-week period, recorded using a bounti Support Bar! There’s no better programme to guide you right from the grassroots of rebounding upwards.
At bounti, we believe fitness should be accessible to everyone. The Grande Deluxe Rebounder embodies this ethos, offering a versatile and reliable option for individuals of all sizes! Experience the difference of a rebounder designed with you in mind, and take the first step (or bounce, ha!) towards a healthier, more active lifestyle.
