This Crutches Double Adjust Single, allows the user to adjust the distance between the hand grip and the ground and the elbow cuff and the handle.
It is lightweight, height adjustable and sold in singles.
How to use:
If the affected leg cannot bear any weight:
- Bend your knee slightly to keep affected leg off the ground
- Move the crutch one step forward and allow the crutch to take some of you body weight
- Then move your body forward and swing affected leg
If the affected leg can bear some weight or used for general walking:
- Move the crutches one step forward and allow the crutch to take some of you body weight.
*Maximum user weight is 160kg
