High Energy Gel is our most advanced range of energy gels, where the main carbohydrate source is cyclodextrin—a next-generation carbohydrate with high molecular weight and low osmolality.
This helps prevent potential gastric issues while maintaining a favourable glycaemic response, achieving higher energy density without compromising one of the limiting factors in endurance sports: gastric emptying.
Fast gastric emptying due to its high molecular weight and low osmolality, aiding digestion and reducing gastrointestinal discomfort.
Prolonged energy release, ideal for endurance sports.
Sustained and favourable glycaemic response.
Each 76 g gel contains 50 g of carbohydrates, and the XS 45 g format provides 30 g of carbohydrates.
