The Parker Asahi “Wabber Black Pro L” is a premium, professional-grade cutting board crafted from food-safe synthetic rubber. This is a sustainable investment for your kitchen and truly a chopping board made for a lifetime of use.
Measuring 450 × 250 × 13mm, this large-size board embodies Japanese craftsmanship used by Team Japan at the Bocuse d’Or competition.
Its matte black finish mimics the look of wood while offering superior durability and hygiene.
The board’s elastic surface allows knife blades to slightly sink in, preserving their sharpness and offering a smooth, satisfying cutting feel. Non-slip and resistant to water absorption, it doesn't slide when used and resists stains, molds, and lingering odors - especially effective with richly colored foods like tomatoes or red meats.
Dimensions: 450 × 250 × 13mm
Material: 100% Synthetic Rubber & Wood Powder
Blade-friendly surface: Elastic synthetic rubber cushions knife impact, preserving edges longer than harder plastic or wooden boards.
Superior grip and stability: Non-slip qualities promote safety during intense prep work.
Stain and odor resistance: Dark matte finish hides discoloration and resists water absorption.
Long-term durability: Resilient under frequent use; can be resurfaced with bleach or scrapers when needed.
Professional standard: Trusted by chefs and used in competitions, showcasing its premium quality.
Wash by hand with hot water and a neutral detergent using a scrubber or brush, rinse well, and dry thoroughly to prevent mold or surface darkening.
For stubborn grime or yellowing, you can use bleach or a cutting-board scraper to restore the surface.
Avoid dishwashers and heat damage. Do not expose to temperatures above ~90 °C (194 °F) or below ~–30 °C (–22 °F).
If warping occurs due to prolonged high-temperature exposure, gently heat to ~80 °C (176 °F), place on a flat surface, apply weight, and allow cooling to restore shape.
