- Avoid soaking the block in water. If it becomes saturated or appears less effective, remove it and air-dry or sun-dry it thoroughly before re-use.
- Some fine powder may appear around the block — this is normal due to the nature of the material and does not impact its performance.
- Over time, salt residue or minerals may adhere to the surface; simply brush off, rinse lightly and dry in the sun to restore function. Color change may occur but will not affect absorption.
