When it comes to tackling a range of woodwork projects, the DK4S Hand-Forged Drawknife with Leather Sheath excels, catering to both amateur woodworkers and seasoned artisans. It can handle rough processing and detailed shaping, making it indispensable for removing bark, smoothing surfaces, and preparing workpieces. Whether you're shaping raw timber or fine-tuning a project, this draw knife provides the result you need.
The blade of the drawknife is made from high-quality 1066 high-carbon steel, hand-forged to ensure exceptional sharpness and strength. The blade can be used bevel-up or bevel-down, providing flexibility for different cutting techniques and making it suitable for various woodworking applications. Its design allows for efficient wood removal while maintaining fine control over your workpieces.
Ergonomically designed handles made of European walnut ensure a comfortable and secure grip. The handles are designed with a bend to the blade, providing maximum control during use. This thoughtful design minimizes hand fatigue, allowing you to work longer without discomfort.
To ensure the longevity of your drawknife, it comes with a high-quality sheath made from cowhide leather. This sheath fastens securely, providing excellent protection for the blade when not in use, making it convenient to carry and store safely.
