Wilson developed this shoe directly with Belasteguin, and the asymmetrical construction reflects how an advanced player actually loads the foot on court. That is why the support is shaped rather than simply padded, so the chassis works with the movements you repeat most.

The upper uses a Senifeel 2.0 minimally layered engineered mesh. Fewer layers means more airflow through long matches and a closer sense of the court underfoot, while the engineered structure keeps the fit locked in where you need it. You get breathability without the shoe feeling loose when you push off hard.

Underfoot, a Fused 8 Foam EVA midsole handles the responsiveness, giving you something to push against rather than a soft platform that swallows your energy. A Strobel EVA foam layer sits beneath the insole for added comfort, and the OrthoLite Hybrid 3D moulded insole shapes to your foot. The DF2 9 mm heel-to-toe drop balances comfort against a performance-oriented stance.

The Optimum Grip 360-degree outsole is Padel-specific, with forefoot and heel vortex designs that let you rotate and pivot cleanly instead of catching mid-turn. Duralast high-density rubber carries the wear, so the areas you scuff most during defence and recovery hold up over time.
