This shredded peeler is specially designed for green onions and is easy to use. The serrated blade is made of high quality stainless steel, which is extremely sharp and can cut green onions into finer strips effectively and quickly. The natural hinoki wood handle is easy to grip and comfortable for your hand. It can be used widely for ramen dishes, Japanese food and Chinese dishes, as well as to make elegant garnish for any other dish you might choose to present.
