Chilli Oil

This Extra Virgin Chilli Olive Oil is made, using the traditional Italian “Agrumato” method whereby whole olives are crushed along with the freshest and ripest chilli peppers. This method produces a rare, unique Chilli Olive oil which captures the full flavours of the olives and peppers in perfect balance. This formula was developed through craftsmanship and dedication, enabling us to produce the hearty natural goodness we are known for.

Here are a few ideas for using agrumato chilli olive oil:

• Use it as a marinade for meats, fish or tofu before grilling or roasting. It will give a spicy kick to the dish.
• Drizzle it over vegetables before roasting for added flavour and a spicy finish.
• Use it as a finishing oil for pasta dishes. It adds a nice spicy and fruity flavour to pasta with tomato or cream-based sauces.
