Our Roasted Garlic & Herb Compound Butter is deeply aromatic, sweet, and comforting—crafted for anyone who believes good steak and good garlic are inseparable.
We slow-roast whole heads of garlic in beef tallow until the cloves turn amber, tender, and caramel-sweet. The roasted garlic puree is whipped into a balanced 50/50 blend of grass-fed tallow and butter, balanced with a hint of microplaned raw garlic for punch, finely minced fresh rosemary, garden thyme, Italian flat-leaf parsley, and flaky sea salt. It melts with a rich, woodsy aroma that perfumes the entire kitchen.
Why You’ll Love It:
-
Slow-Roasted Sweetness: Rich, mellow roasted garlic paste provides deep caramelized flavor without the harsh bite of raw garlic.
-
Garden Herb Infusion: Packed with fresh rosemary and thyme flecks that bloom when exposed to heat.
-
The Universal Finisher: Equally at home on braaied steak, roasted bone-in chicken, toasted sourdough, or roasted root vegetables.
