A pair of solid 9ct yellow gold sleepers with 0.23ct (4mm) round brilliant cut lab grown diamond drops in bezel settings.
These are available on a smaller sleeper (1cm in diameter) or a slightly larger sleeper (1.5cm in diameter). The sleepers featured in this image are the larger size - 1.5cm.
These earrings can also be manufactured in rose gold.
