4K HDR 360° Meeting Coverage

Dual fisheye cameras provide complete 360-degree coverage around the meeting table, helping ensure participants remain visible regardless of where they are seated. The Meeting Pro 2 supports video output up to 3840 x 2160 at 30fps, with HDR helping retain detail in challenging backlit and low-light environments.

Dual 12MP Fisheye Cameras

Each camera uses a 12MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. The dual-lens system combines wide-angle views to create panoramic conferencing coverage, with dual 195-degree lenses designed to capture participants around the entire room.

Intelligent AI Speaker Tracking

Built-in AI processing uses face and voice detection to recognise the active speaker and automatically adjust the meeting view. This helps remote participants follow conversations naturally without requiring manual camera control.

AI Smart View

AI Smart View automatically changes the on-screen layout according to the number of participants detected in the room. The system can display up to eight participants while dynamically balancing the meeting composition for clearer remote communication.

Eight-Microphone Array

An integrated eight-microphone array provides voice pickup from up to approximately 5.5 metres / 18 feet. Beamforming and intelligent audio processing help capture participants around the meeting table while maintaining clear speech for remote attendees.

AI Noise Reduction & De-Reverberation

Neural-network-based AI noise reduction helps suppress distracting background sounds, while AI de-reverberation reduces room echo and reflections that can occur in glass-walled or larger meeting rooms. Acoustic echo cancellation and voice enhancement further improve meeting clarity.

Integrated 10W Hi-Fi Speaker

The built-in 10W speaker delivers clear meeting audio without requiring a separate conference speaker. It is designed to distribute sound throughout the room so participants can hear remote attendees more naturally.

SmartNote AI Meeting Assistant

SmartNote adds intelligent meeting productivity features including real-time captions and translations in more than 20 languages, AI-generated meeting summaries and content recap functionality. Recorded meetings can also be reviewed alongside generated notes for easier follow-up.

Standalone Conferencing Mode

A built-in Android system allows the Meeting Pro 2 to operate as an independent conferencing terminal. Connect the camera to an external display through HDMI, connect to a network and run compatible conferencing applications without requiring a separate meeting-room computer.

USB Plug-and-Play Mode

The USB-C output allows the Meeting Pro 2 to function as an AI-powered camera, microphone and speaker for a compatible Windows or macOS computer. This makes it suitable for BYOD environments where users prefer to run conferencing software from their own laptop.

Local Recording & Expandable Storage

The Meeting Pro 2 includes 64GB of internal storage and supports compatible microSD cards up to 1TB using FAT32 or exFAT formats. Local meetings can be recorded without a connected computer for later playback or archiving.

Flexible Remote & App Control

Settings can be controlled using the physical buttons on the device, the included Bluetooth remote controller or the compatible Kandao Meeting mobile application.
