This model offers a 2.5-way design, featuring two midwoofers with a rear-vented box configuration and a woofer with a down-vented box design, which can potentially enhance bass response and overall sound quality. With a wider frequency response range, it can reproduce lower frequencies down to 38Hz, making it suitable for demanding audio applications such as home theater or critical listening environments. The higher recommended amplifier power range suggests that this speaker is designed to handle more powerful amplifiers, which can provide greater dynamics and control over the sound. Its larger size and weight indicate that it's suitable for larger rooms or setups where high-quality, full-range sound reproduction is desired.
