Motorola G37 5G Dual Sim 128GB - Grey

Motorola G37 5G

Motorola just dropped something worth talking about. The Moto G37 Power is here and honestly; it is the kind of phone that makes you stop and think twice before scrolling past it. A 7,000mAh battery, a 120Hz screen and a 50MP camera, all packed into a budget-friendly package. If you have been looking for a phone that can actually last more than a day without hunting for a charger, this one deserves your attention. People following the Moto G37 Power Nepal release are already curious about when it is going to land here and rightfully so.

Pick up the Moto G37 Power and the first thing you will notice is that 6.67-inch screen staring back at you. It uses an IPS LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and day-to-day use feels smooth because of it. Brightness goes up to 1,050 nits, so taking it outside on a sunny day is not going to be a problem. Gorilla Glass 7i sits on top for protection, which is always good to see on a budget phone.

The phone itself is IP64 rated and MIL-STD-810H certified, meaning a little rain or dust is not going to hurt it. Color options include Pantone Capri, Pantone Nautical Blue and Pantone Impenetrable. It weighs 215g, which you will feel in your pocket, but that is the trade-off for carrying around a battery this big.

Inside the Moto G37 Power is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip built on a 6nm process. It is not trying to compete with flagship processors, but it does not need to. For browsing, streaming, social media and even some gaming, it gets the job done without complaints. You get 4GB RAM to start but Motorola’s RAM boost feature can stretch that up to 12GB, which is a nice trick for keeping more apps open at once. Storage comes at 256GB and there is a microSD slot if you ever need more room.

The rear camera is a single 50MP shooter with an f/1.8 aperture and PDAF and it takes decent photos for a phone in this price range. Quad-pixel technology helps pull in more light, so low-light shots are not a complete disaster either. Video goes up to 2K at 30fps, which is more than most people actually need. Up front, there is an 8MP selfie camera that does its job without any fuss. Nothing groundbreaking here but nothing to complain about either.

Here is where the Moto G37 Power really stands out from the crowd. That 7,000mAh battery is no joke. Motorola says you can squeeze up to 78 hours of use out of a single charge and even if real-world numbers are a bit lower, you are still looking at two to three days easily. Charging is handled by 30W TurboPower and there is even 6W reverse charging if you want to top up a friend’s phone or a pair of earbuds.

Everything else you would expect is also here. Dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC in select markets, FM radio, a USB-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Dolby Atmos stereo speakers are on board too and Hi-Res Audio support makes wired listening to a genuinely good experience.

The Moto G37 Power has been announced at EUR 300 for the 4GB RAM and 256GB storage version but it has not gone on sale yet. For Moto G37 Power Nepal buyers, no official price or launch date has been confirmed. However, it could land somewhere around NPR 45,000 once it hits the market. Keep an eye on authorized Motorola Nepal channels for updates.

The Moto G37 Power is not trying to be the flashiest phone on the shelf. What it is trying to be is reliable, long-lasting and worth every rupee you spend on it. And from what is on paper, it makes a pretty convincing argument. For anyone in Nepal looking for a phone that will not die on them halfway through the day, the Moto G37 Power Nepal launch is something to watch out for in 2026.
