Chicken Tallow - 320ml

Chicken Schmaltz is the "liquid gold" that defined traditional cooking for generations before industrial seed oils took over our pantries. At Fatworks, we’ve brought this culinary icon back for the modern South African kitchen—rendered with precision, patience, and zero compromises.

This isn't just a cooking fat; it’s a flavor foundation. Our Chicken Schmaltz (Tallow) is crafted for those who demand more from their food—more nutrients, more stability, and an unmistakable savory depth that butter or olive oil simply can’t match.

While the world moved toward processed, bleached, and deodorized oils, we went back to basics. Our schmaltz is rendered slowly to preserve its delicate fatty acid profile and its signature "roast chicken" aroma.
