Deionised Water - Essentially Natural

<p>
Essentially Natural Deionised Water is ultra-low-mineral water produced via ion exchange to remove dissolved ions and
salts. It is commonly used as the water phase in cosmetics like creams, lotions, gels, and toners because it helps
formulas behave more predictably. Deionised water is also useful for equipment and devices where mineral deposits are
a problem. It is not sterile and is intended for cosmetic, household, and technical use rather than drinking.

<h4>FAQs</h4>
<p>
Q: Does deionised water expire?
<br>
A: It does not expire like food, but purity can decline after opening due to exposure to air and contamination.
</p>
<p>
Q: Can I use this instead of distilled water?
<br>
A: Many formulations use either, but deionised water is specifically chosen to reduce dissolved ions that can
interfere with formulas.
</p>
<p>
Q: Should I preserve products made with deionised water?
<br>
A: Yes, any water-based cosmetic product still requires an appropriate preservative system.
