A full 4.5m study wall in solid pine: two desks with sliding drawers, each with two shelves above, separated by a centre bookshelf and flanked by two more. Three bookshelves give each person their own books and files, plus shared storage in the middle. It's made in South Africa from solid, heat-treated pine, ships flat-packed and is delivered anywhere in the country.

Each drawer sits flush between the front uprights, with knee space underneath, so both students sit comfortably in front of their desks. Cross braces on the end bookshelves keep the whole wall rock solid.

Make it your own

• Space the desks apart: put a desk at each end with the bookshelves in between, so the two of you sit further apart. Rearrange the bays in Build Your Shelf at the same price.
• More privacy: add masonite backboards to the back and sides of any bay to screen each workstation.
• Craft or tinker station: fit a pine pegboard behind a desk to hang scissors, tools, headphones and stationery.

Want it different? Click the button above to open this exact layout in Build Your Shelf, then move the desks, change the depth, add crates or another bay, and see the price update live. Or WhatsApp us on 068 617 2745 and we'll design it with you.

Why customers choose it

• Solid pine, not chipboard: no swelling, no peeling, and it can be sanded, painted, stained or oiled.
• Two workstations plus three bookshelves: 15 bookshelf levels for books, files, games and baskets.
• Adjustable: pre-drilled positions every 13cm, so every shelf and desk can be set to the right height as the kids grow.
• Grows with you: add bays, crates or drawers later, using the same parts.

Frequently asked questions

Can it go in a home office?
Yes. It works as a two-person home office or a study wall for siblings.

Can I fix it to the wall?
Yes. Fixed to the wall, you can leave the cross braces off.

Can I paint or stain it?
Yes. The pine comes natural and untreated, so it takes paint, stain, wax or oil well.
