The Gourmet 20cm Carving Knife has a longer and narrower blade than a chef's knife, allowing the knife to cleanly cut through meats and much more. The pointed tip is designed to help guide meat away from the bone, and also make it a delight for cutting fruit and vegetables. Laser cut, it has a riveted synthetic handle and is a hardy addition to any kitchen.
