Homegrown at the Yuzuya Honten farm in Japan, this delicious Yuzu Marmalade is as pure as you'll find, simply containing Yuzu and Granulated sugar, and boasts the delicate taste and aroma of authentic Japanese yuzu.
Yuzu is a type of Japanese citrus that is full of potassium (essential mineral), Terpenes (stress relief), Vitamin C (immunity), Vitamin E (antioxidant), Flavonoids (blood circulation) and β-carotene (cold prevention).
This particular marmalade is handmade using fragrant "Hagi Yuzu", that was grown in natural sun light. Each Yuzu fruit is long, with plenty of high quality yuzu peel.
Yuzuya's marmalade is a popular gem that perfectly harmonizes the deep and moderate bitterness and chewyness peculiar to the peel of yuzu, the modest sweetness, the smooth texture and the gentle melting of honey, and is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea.
